Applying for Internet Banking?
- Download and print out the application form
- Download the Internet banking terms & conditions
- Download the Internet banking user guide
- Fill out the form clearly and sign
- Submit or mail the form and agreement to branch nearest to you.
Within 24-48hrs, a sealed envelope containing your log on details (customer access code, Username & Password) would be sent you through your relationship manager.
You may also collect the sealed envelope yourself at the branch where you submitted your request.
For corporate customers:
Within three days of submission of an application for Internet banking service by a company, an officer from our IT department will visit the company to do the Internet banking set-up (software installation) on a designated computer, and would provide restricted access to only personnel authorized to access this service.
